My school gym is closed for two weeks for Christmas break and I was hoping you guys could help me come with a full-body workout that I can do without weights. This is what I have so far
Chest/triceps: Pushups
Biceps/back: Pullups
Shoulders: Judo pushups
Legs: Squats/calf raises/box jump
