Hi RedSky,
I always love to exercise as besides improving health exercise is good for other factors like:
Exercise makes you calm and improves your mood,
Exercise prevents you from chronic and heart disease,
Exercise helps you in reducing and maintaining your weight,
Exercise results in good and better sleep.

Hi,
Bodyweight stuff can be good for people who are thin and want to build muscle. For people looking to lose weight and build muscle, it tends to be bad because you start out at maximum resistance, can't do the exercises, and quit. Having a fat guy do situps and pullups isn't very effective because fat guys can't do situps and pullups.

Hey Alyssatom.I agree with you dear.Body weight exercises help us to make our body strong and healthy.We can make muscles strong with it.Anyway nice posting by you.Thanks.
