I consider myself to be very good at reading body language and I have no idea what that means. In combination with other factors maybe I could figure it out, probably I would need to see it.

Oh god. Listen. You want the best indicator of interest via body langauge? Invade her space, or watch her invade yours. The rest is reading tea leaves. People who aren't interested in each other don't want to be in each others air space, know what I mean? That's your indicator of interest.

Dont forget gut instinct. Sometimes you just know when a girl digs you. And the proximity test? Thats also a pretty good indicator.
