I injured my wrist BOWLING and it swelled up pretty bad, but now it has come down.
I guess I have better form weight lifting then I do bowling. I do wrist accessary exercises and can dip and pull up my own weight and get hurt bowling with a 12 pound ball. It's awful and embarassing.
