From what I know black magic is supposed to override someone's free will, so theoretically even if you were to use it to get with someone who would otherwise say no and it worked, there would be negative karma attached to it that would eventually find its way back to you, not to mention the damage that you reap is always supposed to be greater then what you gave out.
