Anyone know the real benefits of Bison meat in building muscle? My friend told me its loaded with testosterone, so its like a mild healthy steriod.... not sure if he's Bsin or not. But I did some research and a few sites did say it did promote muscle growth.

Anyone know the real benefits?

Thx

I don't know anything about it but I was watching a show about UFC fighter Sean Sherk a few days ago and it showed him buying some bison meat at the supermarket. That guy is seriously ripped and his diet and training are extremely strict so I suspect it must be quite healthy.

I just started eatting it, I got a natural food store right up the street from me. So far I'm enjoying it, tastes just as good as a steak, cooks great with a George Foreman.

Havent heard anything new about it, but a lot of guys in my gym say they switched from beef to all bison. And they all pretty fit guys.

its prolly around a buck more expensive. I buy single steaks, they come up to around 4 -6 bucks each. regular steaks 3-4.50 (top sirloun). All prices in CAN

I looked for it at Whole Foods once and all they had was ground bison meat.
