Do those scales that display your bf percentage show a higher percentage when you're on creatin due to more water stored in your body? Actually I heared they were able to display your bf percentage because muscles consist of water and because these scales could identify the type of tissue (either fat or muscle) because of that. But actually I realized that when I was a little "dehydrated" they showed like a percent less than that, and now that Im on creatin my bf percentage shown by the scale is like 2 percent higher (after just a few weeks) tho I ate the way Ive always eaten.

I doubt it takes the creatine regiment into consideration. If I have my info correct about the scale you're talking about it's only instruments of measurement is your height/weight and Body Mass Index.

Nope. I figured it out now. They send some sort of electricity through your "body", really just through your legs though and can tell how much bodyfat you approximately have because muscles consist mostly of water and have another resistance or something. However, if you step on such a scale with lets say a few lbs of whateva..take books for example, itll show a higher perecentage cuz it uses formulas to calculate the bf for your whole body..blabla which basically is bull****.

Can you mesaure your bf accurately with calipers?
