Okay, this is my situation. I am 6'1 and weigh 162 LBS. I just bought a combination scale/BF% analyser and it told me that my BF was 24%. While I am hardly fat by any definition, I certainly am not buff either. So my question to the experts out there, should I concentrate first on lowering my BF% and the raising my weight/mass or should I do the reverse? Or is this not even a concern?
