My best bro had his gf ask him to be exclusive and in a relationship after 3 days of knowing each other . Actually they were fcking 3 days straight after the day the first met . Fast forward 1 and a half year later and they are still together and she’s still into him the same or more than the first few days .
Another very good friend of mine did what you said , he kept on being in a relationship with his ex for 3 years . Then one day she went to him and told him that she found another dude and immediately broke up . Since then she’s been posting non stop about the new dude and how much she loves him while completely forgetting about my friend and everything they’ve been through.

What I’m trying to say is that there isn’t any pattern that one should follow for success . I’ll agree though 100% with the gen Z thing . End of the day do what you feel and what your experience has taught you . There is no right or wrong .

out of my 4 previous relationships, 3 of them I would've been told to drop the girl within the first 2 months because they weren't showing enough indicators of interest and basically worshipping me. Those relationships ended up lasting a year at least. Now, the one where the girl was showing early indicators of interests, putting out early, sending me good morning texts, asked for the relationship....Cheated on me and the relationship lasted 2 months lol.
