I know alot of people are on the whole myspace semi internet dating thing these days and I'm not knocking that. If you have sucess dating girls in anyway you should stick with it, whatever floats your boat.

I do think there are far better uses for it however. I personally have not met or dated a single woman on myspace but then again I have better then average sucess dating and getting laid regularly. I stray from the point, over the last month or so I've added multiple nightclubs, local dj's, bars and club promoters to my contacts list. Since then I've more then tripled my number of night club vip entrys, gotten at least twice as many people table service at a reduced rate, been invited to several industry only exclusive events and parties, found out about primium events that I would of easily missed other wise, and on and on and on.

Although at first I didn't catch on to the whole myspace phenomenon but I've got to tell you, it's reved up my social live and standing significantly and in a very short period of time. I got home at 5:30am this morning after a very busy night of meeting and greeting at one party (that had an actual white tiger in the front lawn), two premium nightclubs, two bars, and one afterhours club breifly. My running mate and my cell phones were literally exploding with people calling us for services renderd this upcoming week. We're actaully concidering starting our own nightlife concierge service.

I'm sure that myspace has many practical options besides dating. Just a thought.

funny you say that because I've noticed that my social network in real life and info on cool events happening around my town has skyrocketed. I love it.

Yesterday I was pushed into the fifth anniversiry of the foundation room at mandalay bay via MySpace by a promoter. He was looking for someone to buy two tables and I had more then a few friends who didn't even know it was going on. I ended up booking four tables and making 200 dollars in commission and I got VIP entry plus free drinks all night. Also Minxx a new strip club in las vegas was having a party at rum jungle, also at mandalay bay. I signed up 14 people to go to their party and now I get free admit to their club whenever I want. As a bonus one of my former floor managers from my motorcycle shop who I always thought was smokin hot, is working at minxx and I hooked up with her at foundation room:D

This was all made possible by having an extended social network, and MySpace defintately creates that avenue.
