Betrayed by a "friend"

This situation happened about 3 months ago, and is still causing problems between me and my best friends. I know this is somewhat AFC but I feel that people should know about this because it was devastating for me and its what made me see the light to becoming a Don Juan. If you dont want the info just go to last paragraph.

Ok so this guy my friend knows comes to hang out in our social circle, and my oneitis(who I went to senior prom with) hangs out with our group too, so I saw his interest from the first couple of times they met so I informed him that I like her and she is my oneitis for over a year. Shortly after oneitis' friend invites me and this douchebag over for a kegger party so I called him out a few days before the party and asked him on the phone if he had feelings for my oneitis, he gave me the whole "I would never do that to you ect." I knew it was a crock of shiv but my 2 best friends thought he was sincere.

At a party he was hanging around her and I come into the kitchen and I hear "lets go outside so Bluesteak dosent see" and what do you know they are making out in the street. I was soo drunk I wanted to go smash his face in. Luckily I called my friend and told him what a lair he was and how he was a fake and all that and he got me cooled down. So my friend andrew calls him up and is like wtf you are ****ed up to do that and he starts getting scared because he knows I practice MMA and is like **** bluesteak is gonna beat my ass.

A week later I meet him face to face and tell him that im pissed and dont want to be friends or even see him around. He says sorry he was drunk ect..and he dosent like her and im like whatever.

Now heres where the problem comes in, my best friends are still friends with him and include him in activities and have no reason to not like him and I honestly want to beat his ass still, but my friends are like forgive him hes sorry, and im like no hes done it once he cant be trusted. The end result as of now is my oneitis dosent talk to me(because im immature apparently) and I cut off all contact with her. I recently found out he hangs out with her quite often to this day! But he tells my friends shes annoying and she always wants to hang out with him ect. I smell bullshiza. So what should I do? not hang out with my friends when hes around?

2. it's your choice to hang out with him and your friends or not. if you want, tell them that you want to hang out only as long as he's not there.

**** like this happens sometimes. this is where you discover who's a true friend or not. also, i know you had a huge thing for her, but find another girl. if you want payback, bang his ex or mom or something.. just move on with her and you'll feel better.

First, let me start off by saying that it must have been rough to see a girl you once were involved with hook up with a friend of yours. I'm not going to beat around the bush like the other guys here. THAT SH!T EFFIN SUCKS!!!!!

Next time you see them, however, don't lose your cool. Focus on having a good time and if you see a girl you like, then go for it. Don't do it to make your oneitis jealous, do it for yourself. Put her out of your mind. If you had enough game to make out with this girl a couple of times, then you surely can get other girls who are just as good looking (even finer). Worst stuff happened to me bro, my friend ended up getting with my ex of 6 months quickly after we broke up. It was rough at first, but now things are a lot better. It's not worth your time to hang out with people like this, I nexted both of them. Your friend obviously isn't that considerate if he's willing to pick a girl over you and lied to your face. The girl is not worth your time, she's not into you, time to move on. Best thing you can do is make yourself happy, surround yourself with people who care, date other girls and things will get better before you know it, trust.

That's a douchebag thing the guy did to you. But you can't reserve girls that you're not in a relationship with.

I know it sucks, but if you weren't in a relationship with that chick, she was fair game. I know you had oneitis for her and it must suck to see a friend move in on her especially after he said he wouldn't.

But that's just the way it is. Dudes will be competing for hot girls and if they have an opportunity to get with one, it's unlikely they'd stop unless she was married/in a relationship etc. And a lot of guys still wouldn't stop at that either.

It's a dog eat dog world out there. You have to make sure that you make your move quickly with any girl you're interested in. If you don't, someone will come along and take her. It's happened to me several times.

Same deal with me, most of our mutual friends were hella pissed and alienated my douchebag of a friend, but they are those friends who tried to stay neutral or who are too forgiving. I told them the truth and they can make their own decision. I basically said I don't care if you hang out with him, but don't talk to him about me, and I don't want to hear about him. Warn me if he's gonna be somewhere so at least I know, otherwise I just wanna steer clear of. I think you should do the same.
