haha. You make a good point though. When you get to the point of worrying about words you should and should not say, you're thinking way too much.

A big turning point for me in terms of my confidence, success with women and general social interactions was to stop caring so much. If a woman thinks I sound like a beta male because of the way I speak, she's too fussy and too much hard work...time to next her and move on to another woman.

It's not so much that the words or phrases themselves are weak, or will make you appear weak. It has more to do with the greater chance of these listed words being used in a context that gives a vibe of uncertainty, nervousness, lack of confidence, etc.

I agree these phrases make one weak.

Ever seen the miniseries "Rome" on HBO or Showtime or whatever it was on? Two chicks I recently dated are/were in love with the character of Marc Antony. Watch the series and tell me if he was the type to use any of those words.
