Just be casual...
Tell her she seems like a fun / cool person... sounds like you've got a few things in common and you'd love to talk to her some more... any chick I add that way I'll always tell her my MSN or tell her that she can e-mail me too, then after speaking for 10 or 15 on MSN I'll grab her number or just straight arrange to meet up in person... I dunno, I just find that chicks respond better to the transition when they have a little more familiarity from a quick 10 min chat...

In all seriousness (please do not quote deliverance) there is no "line" that will make anyone respond. Why not try something you think is funny. Why do you want to be some one else. If you end up getting her with some one else's lines what are you going to do when you run out of them?
