I take some vitamins called "Usana." They're excellent vitamins, but they'll run you 60 bucks a bottle.

Multivitamins as the primary supplement used when bulking? Maybe it's just me, but that doesn't make any sense. Sure, you can use them in conjunction with a proper diet, supplementation, and exercise, but as for multivitamins themselves, you won't find any certain one that's going to give you appreciable gains over any other. You're taking vitamins. If you want to stay strong and healthy, there's a lot of vitamins around that you have to use. Go to the store, buy some One-A-Day Active Multivitamins - get a bottle of Vitamin C while you're at it. Then just eat right, cook good meals, go to the gym and be aggressive. You aren't going to find a miracle in a bottle - even if you're using AAS'.

Problem is, it doesn't sound to me like he's a bodybuilder. It would just be throwing money away at this point - when you're at the very top of the pyramid, sure, get the best of the best... but when you haven't even started bulking yet, there's no sense in blowing money you don't have to to get results you would have gotten anyway...

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Get one with no iron. Men don't need supplemental iron and we don't menstrate so we don't lose it, and if you get to much iron it can be a health risk.

Giving blood sorts that problem ;)

Dont take one. Unless you're pretty big, just take in everything you need from real food. Some people will disagree with me, but whatever.

EDIT: actually scrub that, get Animal Pak's stuff. Quality ****.

I like the whole foods multivitamins...where they actually crush food down into little pills. You can get them with no iron too.

Whatever you do, stay away from synthetic vitamins like Centrum. Comes from a man, bad. Comes from Nature, good!

I use GNC's Mega Men. I also take a zinc supplement once or twice a week.

Regardless of whether someone is bulking/bodybuilding or not, its still a good idea to take a multivitamin because the foods now adays are simply lacking in nutrition compared to before. Its almost impossible to get all your vitamins simply from eating real food. At least this is what Ive heard. Too lazy to look back for the scientific proof.

I heard alot of bad things about the centrum line. Those basically go through the system undigested, and you just crap out whole pills. I heard one of the best was the mega man pills.

I've always taken Beverly International's Ultra-4. But really, you are going to get a million replies in this post recommending a million different multivitamins so good luck deciding.
