Satur8 or Swole V.2 for the newer versions of creatine.

any pure micronized creatine will do for mono.

EAS would have people believe that their brand is the only one in the world that works. In fact EAS products are overhyped and overpriced. I personally loathe the company, their products, and their marketing strategies.

As to your question, I would say that any creatine that is German pharmaceutical grade would be perfectly fine. I prefer to use micronized because my stomach has a problem with the others.

I still recommend Phosphagen HP. HP works just fine, and has come down in price quite a bit lately since it's not recognized as the "best" creatine product.

€51.00 is alot to pay for that Phosphagen HP, especially considering you'll probably use 4-5 servings per day.

I would probably go with the USN Pure Creatine Monohydrate 1KG.

Silverwex, I've been using creatine for about two years now. I currently use AST Micronized Creatine which I like quite well. The USN brand is a good pharmaceutical grade creatine which is basically all you need from creatine unless you want something that already has stuff like dextrose, taurine, ala, etc. in it. Those will increase the price greatly though and I'm not sure they make creatine uptake that much more effective. Not sure about in Ireland, but in the US dextrose can be bought super-cheap. Otherwise you could just mix the creatine with something that has about 35-40 grams of carbohydrates. I used to just mix it with stuff like Kool-Aid.

ProLab is definitely good as well. I haven't used their creatine before but have used other ProLab products. It's best to get creatine that is pharmaceutical grade and manufactured in either Germany or the US. German creatine is regarded to be the best and highest quality.

There are many creatine supplements nowadays that have all sorts of fancy names and super additions too.

This is just a way for supplement companies to cash in on probably one of the most scientifically proven supplements for building lean mass (creatine monohydrate)

Just buy some cheap glucose c from anywhere (boots) (This is basically dextrose) and take it with your creatine.

Why use any of those products? I've managed to put on muscle without them. I belong to my highschool track team and the coaches keep us focused and motivate us to complete the exercises. If you have problems motivating yourself and have to use creatine to help bulk up. Why not just get a personal trainer. They'll give you the pressure needed to complete the exercises, and do them to the best of your ability.
