over the past 3-4 years i've gotten in very good shape except for the fact that i can't lose this little bit of belly fat i still have. when i've got my shorts or boxers pulled up to just below my belly button i look lean and mean. Any lower though and i have this little pouch. Anybody else have this problem?

I'm not sure what it could be because I eat a pretty healthy diet. A-lot of whole grains, vegetables, and fruit plus the additional sources of protein from stuff like eggs, steak, cottage cheese, and tuna fish. Any advice on how to lose this extra belly fat?

I have the same exact problem.....I'm gonna tell it to you like this bro

If you are like 5'8" or below you are going to struggle getting that weight off
Running doesn't do it. High Intensity Interval Training might do it, but you have to be dedicated...

I do alittle bit of both and I still struggle with that baby Phat around the waist, thing is I am more inshape than some whom have the 6 pack abs

Short people have stalky builds Core training I believe would help.....

Fix your diet and you'll fix your waistline. MikeBrown30 knows what he's talking about.

Hmm Your diet sounds pretty clean…

It could be excess water weight, you might be dehydrated…

Drink a lot of water… I shoot for a gallon a day.. Depends on your size and other lifestyle factors…

I notice when I A LOT drink water my abs pop more.

Also, what made my abs pop and made my chest look more ripped
more was doing heavy Olympic lifts… like dead lifts, barbell rows, military press, and bench press.

They work more more multiple muscle groups than anything else so you burn more calories and they target your core for those abs.

So many guys neglect the power of these old school routines, but they work.

I’m actually working out less days and having shorter workouts BUT Im lifting heavier than I ever have.

I highly recommend them but they can be kinda dangerous, if performed incorrectly.

Anyway thats my two cents
