Been trying to set up dates the right way, and on my second date with one chick she wasn't there. I was relieved because I was tired and didn't feel at my best, but here's a message she wrote to me (her only way of contacting me).

"Hey I am so sorry about today. I had a slight family emergency and had to run into ----- for the day. I wasn't by my phone for most of the day. Don't hate me...I'm really sorry."

Bullshyt. Next??

I'm thinking I'll give her one more call and say, "It's no problem, but you have to take ME out to make up for it." :trouble:

She could have flaked yeah, but on the flipside, it could have been genuine. And dropping a nice chick in that circumstance would kinda suck.

But yeah, I would fully recommend what you had in mind, and if that don't work, move on

Give her one more chance, if she flakes again then just simply tell her. "You made a commitment to me, by cancelling that is disrespectful. See ya later."
and then just hang up.

Either she'll call you right back apologizing, or you'll never hear from her again.
