Great thread. Over the years I have naturally changed into being more like the OP says with women, and even friends, family, coworkers, etc. One thing I will add to this that I have noticed is that when women and people have known you as an AFC for so long it can be sticker shock to them when you change. They will say crap like " oh you used to be such a nice guy what happened?" what the OP says it's so darn true though. I feel really sorry for the guys who go their whole lives and never figure this out.

The irony of this whole experiment thing is that its just as beta if not more than how you were before.

Why? Because you are still devoting your time and energy to a girl who hasn't given you jack squat after YEARS of dealing with her BS. So now you are resorting to petty games in a still desperate attempt at gettibg with her and are trying to label it as an experiment.

Here is what you should do to avoid acting beta as you like to put it. Ask her out for drinks have fun abd get her back to your place. If she declines then drop her and stop wasting your time.

I'm not sure why everyone makes things so complicated on this site sometimes with all these games.

Find women who already have some sort of interest in you, meet them for drinks and bang them first date. Its really that simple. Rinse abd repeat.

I've had three drink dates thus week alone that all ended in all next day sex marathons.

Playing these mind games with low interest women is weak man....just move on to the next one and then the next. Once you bang them and if you are any good in bed, you will see how much time you have been wasting. You will have a stables of reliable plates after just a few weeks of dating.
