been buying liquor for this girl

I met this girl at a party. I'm 23 and shes 17. I'm trying to hold out til shes 18, which isnt until april. I'm not getting arrested or going to jail or anything and im not risking it, **** that. After she turns 18, shes going to college in a dif state a few months after.

Shes been friends with my younger brother for years. total bombshell. easily one of the hottest girls i know. Way more mature than most girls her age, thats for sure. my brothers friends with alot of girls around her age (hes also 17), and they just sit around and gossip and talk **** about eachother. Not this girl. She doesn't hang out with any of them. I see her at big ragers in the city and ****. I've heard people say she was a hoe when she was younger but i haven't seen it and she doesn't act like one. She seems into me but I don't want to make a move because shes young.

I've been single for 2 1/2 years, i've hooked up with maybe 6-7 girls in that time. All of them have been trash, and yes, i've even got a hooker before. I got into some trouble and ended up living back at my moms house for a couple months. Now I got a legit apartment close to the city with a vehicle and a good ass job, something that no other guy thats gonna be going after her has, all of them are little ****ty highschool kids or kids that graduated last year. I've been reading book of pook and rollo tomassi. Pook is a little preachy but has some good points and advice.

I don't know how to go about this though. I really want this girl but i'm not risking breaking the law and having a sexual offense. I see her maybe 2-3 times a month to get her liquor and sometimes invite her back to my apartment to kick it for a bit. Its never anything sexual but she seems into me and my friends have even said it.

What do I do?

EDIT: I think shes ****ing some young black kid now but not sure. Either way, its not gonna last, and shes gonna be single by the time shes 18.

If said person is within 6 months of the age of 18 then she can legally give consent. She's a hoe, I'm convinced that all girls that go to ragers are hoes. If people say she is a hoe then she is a hoe.

If you're asking the question, "what do I do; have sex with the minor or don't have sex with the minor?", you're only gonna get one response which is to discourage committing a sexual offence. Unless it's like the above poster, who is debating whether or not it is an actual offence.

Depends on what state you are in and what the age of consent is. It's either 16, 17 or 18, but the most common age is 16 for most states. If she is older than the age of consent in your state there is no worry about going to jail for having sex with her, as long as its consensual
