great feedback to wake up to this morning.
Its funny, because i was in the gym lastnight and i started to feel these sick stupid thoughts start to trickle into my head.
so i started to do some "self talk" and i literally said out loud by accident, "dont let them in! their not true! there is no reason to think this way!" This actually helped me in a way because i began to work out even harder.
people reading this probably think i have a couple screws loose but let me tell ya something, it definitely helped me weed out these "doubt monsters".

im a very strong willed person at times and when you say to set goals to push your boundaries, im afraid that my compromising skills will be thrown out the door doing this, and eventually i will dump this girl to move on. on the flipside, thats what might have to be done in the long run. the future is unpredictable thats what makes this life so beautiful.
Lastly,
If anyone can direct me to some online literature on how i can fight off "doubt" i would appreciate it.
