Yeah, when I bench, I lay back onto the bench, then pinch my shoulder blades together, and also my lats. My elbows don't flare when I do it properly like this.simon said:If you're pinching together your shoulder blades, like you should be, and squeezing your lats, like you should be, your elbows shouldn't be flared.
