i love both basketball and soccer, but i hafta choose one of them to play regularly, because i'm already involved in many other activities... i love'em equally so it's not a matter of which one is more appealin' to me... thus, i'm decidin' weather i'm playin' one or the other, basin' off the beneficts... which one would improve my body more? i'm medium-short height (5'9) and very slim, but rather ripped. i'm lookin' forward to add some pounds (i eat a lot but i can't get one miserable pound on though, i don't wanna set out a diet) and muscles... which one is the best? i think basketball... but i'd like some advices...
btw, i'm already quite good in both of them and whatever i choice to play agonistically, i'm goin' to play the other one on weekends
