1.) Keep your life simple, no toxic friends, no jezebels, quit that job you hate etc.
2.) Watch your diet, avoid junk food, avoid passionate restaurant foods that you know will tingle the senses. Stock up on salads, rice, veggies and steamed meats. Avoid beef and pork…stick to chicken, fish and lamb, goat.
3.) Exercise, take up yoga, meditation, reading the scriptures and a faith that believes in a higher power.
4.) Know that with semen retention, you need less sleep because you’ve got preserved energy. You crave less food because your more spiritual.
5.) Practice Good sleep hygiene- Cold shower, after your done with cold shower, do a couple of light brisk exercises in your room followed by meditation. When you meditate, don’t focus on something impersonal- Center your mind on God for maximum effect. If you’re an atheist/agnostic center your mind on Love or Lord Buddha.
6) Lay down and say a prayer in bed and meditate laying down too. Sleep on your side not on your back, its a classic way Saints have fought off temptation.
7.) Can’t sleep? It’s okay tell yourself you’re going to rest your eyes for 20 minutes or an hour or two then get up, start your own spiritual practice to feel even more refreshed after your nap. Here’s an example - 5 minutes Yoga stretches, chanting God’s holy names - look up a great spiritual master name Srila Prabhupada, meditate on Lord Jesus, then read the scriptures…trust me, it’ll feel like you slept a whole night with this spiritual practice.
8.) See those scantily clad women on your phone album? Replace those with nature pics/ family and delete those hobags . If you’ve got dirty videos delete them as well. When you scroll through your photo albums, you’ll feel a lot better your not being by scantily clad women…..oh yeah get off Porn hub too.
