We all know that you need to keep yourself up if women are going to be attracted to you. Unfortunately, we also all have our own ideas of what that entails. Putting it all together can sometimes seem like a weeks paycheck worth of supplies, and since times are tough here in the USA now I thought I would share some money saving tips.

First of all, teeth. Your smile is probably a major selling point, and you want your teeth to be white and clean! This is the easiest and cheapest tip I have. Ditch the toothpaste and go buy a 70 cent box of baking soda. Yeah, just baking soda. It actually protects your teeth as well as cleaning them. The soda also is a natural deodorizer, so it will help your breath as well. Just wet your brush and put a small layer of baking soda on top, you don't need much at all.
For extra attention to breath, a mouthwash of 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon hydrogen peroxide, and a quarter cup of water will keep your breath fresh, whiten your teeth, and not destroy your gums or enhance your risk to mouth cancers (unlike commercial washes). Also, a $2 tongue scraper is a great tool for a quick breath freshener.

Hair. I have long hair, and for a long time it was that wispy, broken ends nasty thing. To fix that I stopped washing it every day. Now I wash it once every 2-3 days, and after it dries I take some olive oil in hand (just a few drops) and rub my palms together and run my hands through my hair. No frizz, no broken ends.

Shaving. You have to shave your face! Even if you have a beard or perpetual stubble, some trimming is required to look neat. A disposable razor and some olive oil works perfectly.

Skin care. Again with the olive oil, and we also revisit our friend baking soda. After your shower while the skin is still wet, take a daub of oil and rub it in. That's it. You will never have to buy lotions ever again. Also, a bath with a cup of baking soda mixed in once a week will help protect your skin. Pat Dry.
If you have acne, mix olive oil with good clay and make a face mask. Ten minutes with the mask on and then wash off. I promise you your acne will go away in about a week or so, and then just use the mask when you feel the need to.

Deodorant. Your pits stink. Use deodorant. The cheapest and most effective deodorant I've found is a lemon slice. I sh1t you not. A quick swipe of lemon will get rid of the stink. For extended protection, 3-4 applications over the same number of hours will keep you clean smelling for a couple days.

I would love to go into diet, but that's more for health and fitness, and we all have different dietary needs. So I'll just leave a rule of thumb. Watch how much you eat, and try to stay away from processed foods.

Exactly.

Watch what you eat guys, and get adequate sleep.

Treat your body right and you'll have better performance in all aspects of life -- mentally + emotionally + physically.

Health COMES first.

Without being in tip-top form, you can never expect to over-perform.

Anybody know any good recipes for the mouthwash, and toothpastes that dont taste like baking soda, Maybe some cinnamin extract? and peroxide? I have a queezy stomach in the morning, and I would throw up trying to brush with straight baking soda.

Why not just get a toothpaste with baking soda like Arm & Hammer or something?

Why do you get queezy when you wake up in the morning?

Well, his idea was to bypass toothpaste, and mouthwash altogether. I was just wondering if there are any variations of that, that actually taste good.

I dont know why I get queezy in the morning. It was a LOT worse when I smoked, though. It used to be common for me to throw up, if toothpaste hit the back of my mouth.

Hmmm! Could be pregnant!:nono:

On a more serious note, your blood sugar is probably low when you wake up and you feel queazy. Have a high protein breakfast and you'll be ready to kick the world's a$$!

I wasn't expecting this many replies really.

Isko, Green clay (Bentonite, Zeolite or New Mexico clay) is probably best for acne, it is vey soft already though. I used White clay (Kaolin clay, China clay, Cosmetic Clay) myself, and Pink clay also mixes well.

My dentist advised me to make a solution of salt and bicarbonate of soda. Use it as a mouthwash and gargle. My gums are much healthier now.

BTW never let your teeth get so bad you get gum disease. Trust me, it's not worth it! Brush, floss, and regular checkups are essential.

id stick to toothpaste just because I think natural advances in technology would at LEAST make toothpaste a teency bit healthier than a box of baking soda. Call me crazy I guess.

One way to counter bad breath is to scrape your tongue when you brush your teeth. Just get a popsicle stick from an ice-cream bat or what have you and scrape twice a day.

cigarrettes. Since I quit, it hasn't been too bad in the morning.

Anyway, back to my original query, does anyone have any of these recipes that dont taste like salt and baking soda? What can be added to make it palateable?

Oh, and macallik. Toothpaste contains many dangerous chemicals, and most of them are for marketing purposes, like the ingredient that makes toothpaste sort of foamy, is both unnecessary, and slightly toxic. They do it to sell it. Like the medical industry, they have us all fooled, that we need to buy their product, made out of their chemicals, when actually, baking soda, sea salt, and peroxide do just as good a job, are cheaper, and healthier for you. (Im completely guilty of the same thinking though, I always buy the 'new' product that is supposed to protect for 24 hours, and deposit minerals to soft spots on your teeth, and blah, blah, blah. Its all BS marketing hypnosis, but I still fall for it every time myself!

Come on, are you kidding me?

1. Hygiene isn't as important as you think. Take a bath everyday, keep your facial hair trimmed neat (doesn't matter if you have a beard, goatee, mustaches, etc....also a lot of girls love stubble), and comb your hair. Oh and put on deodrant (scented or unscented doesn't matter).

2. Oil on your skin? Check your penis at the door please. Girls don't want soft, feminine men. Or rather, they could give two ****s less if you have soft or nice skin. In fact, one of the most common things you'll find in a "list" of things that women find attractive is rough, manly hands and sweaty from working hard.

Throw your lotions away. Throw your oils away. Throw your cologne away. You have a natural scent that girls are attracted to (on a subconscious level)...so let your pheremones do your work.
