All signs point to yes.

lol!!!

She's been engaged since Dec.'08.

I asked how does that effect my son's name? She said he will always be 'Son of LadiesMan' . :) ...I'm so cool wit dat! :)

...but how does her getting married, effect my child support payment now?

It won't, unless he adopts the kid.

Alimony should go away though.

Be smart, buy 15 minutes of an attorney's time.

What he said. You're still on the hook.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

the courts will not count her new husbands income in calculating your child support. and if you ever remarry they wont count your new wifes either.

it is your income + her income combined in a bracket on the top of the calculation form
then on the side how many children you have
then you line up the two answers to equal the amount it would take to care for and support the child/ren.
then they take that amount and either make the parent with visitation pay 60 % of it or they have it 50/50.
that is how they come to the amount of your child support.

What's up PK?

You know I don't care about the cs, it's that she's getting married... and as much as we've both have moved on, I'm still catching myself thinking about her every time my son is around.

PenKitten, work yo magic... help me find 'the one.' :D

...you helped me find a job, and a roof over my head, so why not this? :)

ah, thats just the way it goes.
in time you will stop thinking so much of her when your son is there.
you just have to go through the motions first.
i was divorced 7 years before i found the one i really wanted to settle down with.
i think during all those years, i just needed to figure out how to be me, what i wanted out of life, and how to deal with being a responsible parent.

take the time to go through it all before you yearn to settle down again.
