Create self-fulfilling prophecies. Always assume the positive. Assume she likes you. Assume she wants to talk to you. Assume she wants to go out with you. When you think positive, positive things happen.

Hey Guys,
Yeah sounds like the usual places and i've been to them before... room near cheers, glenferrie, hawthorn etc, seven down st kilda way and depot on swan st richmond. Is seven still good haven't been there in a while? I don't go to metro... i don't like the atmosphere.... depot can be ok... but nights other than thursdays lack some serious quality. Room is pretty cool.
If these places are easy for people to get to and they know where they are, then we should all just rock up one night and have a blast. I've got a few uni balls in the next couple of weeks so i'm a bit tight for cash and free evenings, so perhaps sometime in about a fortnight?
Anyways keep in touch,
felony.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
