I generally play the dominant , devil may care type of guy, due to a great deal of heartache. I find my lack of neediness, and authoritative demeanor causes women to respect and become attracted to me. The only thing is, it seems I'm unable to convert any of that attraction to physical affection. Admittedly a lot of the women , if not all are in long term relationships, so I feel hesitant in moving things forward. I'm having this ongoing with a married-to-another-woman woman. Guy with a lot of experience in that department. My answer was and still is: alcohol. You have to give them something to blame on for doing the bad things they do with you. Invite them out for drinks as if they're single. In this day and age, it is highly unlikely they'll say no. A lot of unavailable women love to play with fire.
