Me and Matrix were talking about this approximately 35 seconds ago.

Just to keep you hooked, I'll answer it in my thread. ;)

UPDATE! MATRIX AND I HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE THIS A JOINT OPERATION!

I won't spoil the format, but trust me, it's the best. ;)

Hi WUUD/Matrix! Great idea for post!

Whilst everyone seems to be debating about what/why youre doing this, i'd like to ask something sensible i saw in an earlier post in this very thread. Maybe u can kill 2 birds with one stone...

Cold Pick Ups - How?! I can break the initial ice with any chyck no problem.

Maintaining/developing an "instant rapport" (sounds like a brand of coffee!) is difficult though. Any ideas (i'm guessing NLP..?)? I'll do any exercise,whatever-anything!

PS I'm not at highschool (collegeguy); but thought cos im British i'd be cheeky and post! :D

Cheers buddy;

Fantastic Idea guys. I got one for ya.

Getting action out of sunshine girls (or d!ck teases like I call them). Yup it's easy to get them all over you but actually getting anywhere with them is harder. I want a great technique for actually getting ACTION out of them. :)

Love the determination btw, just plain motivating.

I hope it's good, cuz I plan on making a huge post myself. Who knows, perhaps the duet of our input could revolutionize this board.

Here's a question that ought to get an interesting answer. How would you handle multiple women in hs? Handling them as an adult is one thing, but I know that in hs they hate sharing a man.

And one thing, "Get with the one you like the most and flirt with the rest" doesn't count, don't try to cheat me on this one :)

How to gain social status?
Neg hits?
Breaking thier pedastal from beneath them?
Suck at school?
Good date ideas? (I know its in the bible, but still...)
Good ways to make money to pay for dates?
How to treat thier parents so they like you?
She gives me a chance, I take it, she does a 180 and *****es (b i t c h e s incase it censores it) me completly and takes it back without a reason?
She goes to my school and is in my class(es), should I still talk to her?
She goes to a different school, go for it?
She lives ___ miles/minutes away and I don't have a car, still go?
Jerk or nice guy?
How should I clean up for a date?
Increase pen15 size?
Bully picks on me, fight him?

Thats all for now, maybe I'll figure some more out later and keep them coming to help with this...hate trolls as much as the mods.

Yes, most of them ARE in the bible already. So I'll just refer to a link and write a little bit only.

I'll only answer the ones that aren't in the bible, or need going over.

I think that crazykid covered most of them. But anyone else is still welcome to post questions.

"it's a manual to solve EVERY problem you will face in your high school life."

?

How could one possibly solve every problem that one might face in Highschool?

I think this new "thread" would be an excercise in futility! I can come up with an infinite amount of problems that I might face everyday. In MY highschool, with MY ethnic background, MY psyche, MY current situation. Does that give you any idea of how many POSSIBLE problems a thousand DIFFERENT kids might come up with?

Anyway, even if you made this big, gigantic thread, who would read it? If i had a problem, I wouldnt want to read throught the 200 OTHER PEOPLES problems before mine! unless you were to include a "search" option within your thread, it would be pretty useless, since nobody in their right mind would spend a day reading a thread about problems.

If you want to create a whole new website, using CGI or PHP, and create a search engine within the server of that website, then I could see it working more or less. Maybe you could convince allen to set up a new "search" feature just for your archive of problems?

I think the best thing that you can do is "trust the man in the field."

In other words, instead of you listening to what everyone tells you, and making a descision for them, you could make a thread to help a person go through a "problem solving process." That way, you could solve vrtually any problem that arises. It would be very difficult to come up with a formula, where you could just plug in factors, and have it spit out an answer. But if one thing I learned from algebra and geometry, is that its HELLA EASIER to come up with a formula so that you can just plug in numbers, then to go through every single number, and make a table containing all of the answers. If you tried that, you would never get from "0" to "1" (because of all the decimals).

I would be very interested in seeing you come up with a universal "formula" for a person to help solve a problem they might face.

If you are willing, then I would be happy to help with a rational approach of ONE TOPIC in your main thread, instead of a million topics. (the one topic being the formula to solve a problem)

I realized it was possible, when I realized that high school life is very simple.

I think this new "thread" would be an excercise in futility! I can come up with an infinite amount of problems that I might face everyday. All easily solvable. Remember it pertains only to high school life.

I guess I can divide the qquestions into categories. like

Girls
Social life
personal
sports
etc

But you bring up a good point.

If you want to create a whole new website, using CGI or PHP, and create a search engine within the server of that website, then I could see it working more or less. Maybe you could convince allen to set up a new "search" feature just for your archive of problems?

Unlikely in the extreme, but I should be able to make this easy to navigate.

We already have the HS DJ Bible for that.

Not possible.

If you are willing, then I would be happy to help with a rational approach of ONE TOPIC in your main thread, instead of a million topics. (the one topic being the formula to solve a problem)

I understand completely. I thought this would be impossible to do a while ago as well. But then I realized: If not me, then who? Who else in the HS forum is as commited as me to make successful, people-friendly threads? (aside from The Matrix, that's why I asked him to help! :D) The answer is: I don't know, but this should be done, and who better that actively posts than The Matrix: Reloaded + me?

I swear I will devote my blood sweat and urine and sleep time to make this a success. Any skepticism will be blown out of the water. Matrix and I will see to that!

No. The bible is nowhere near complete. The bible tells you a specific approach how to deal with problems. I will tell all the approaches to deal with specific little questions.

As I said, skepticism will be blown out of the water.

LMAO cookie guy!

:D I think Ill call you the "four-fanatic" ;)

But no really, "HighSchool" to you might seem very simple. But trust me, I can bring up examples of very serious problems. Gangs, Crime, Kids, Parents, Hormones, Teachers, Clubs, Sports, all the different "-sexuals", the list goes on. HighSchool doesnt only deal with the little preppy girl worrying about her nail being broken. It also contains the crying girl in the corner, whose father molests her and her little sister, while her mother is a cocaine addict who stays in an altered state of mind for the most part of the day. It also contains the little boy who ran away from home, and is living with a 50yr old sex-offender just so he has a place to stay.

Most of the "problems" that will be asked of you, will be already in the bible, or will already show up on the current "search" function. Some of the more serious problems, even YOU will not be able to solve. You might not be able to sove them if you were right there in the persons shoes, much less solve them 1000mi away, through typing text on a website forum.

your right, the bible is nowhere near complete, that because it is imposible to provide a person with an answer for EVERY possible situation.

the bible only helps with THE BASICS, and then the rest is up to the person. I appreciate your willingness to help, but you have to realize the best way to help, is to teach a person to help themselves.

"You see things as they are and ask, 'Why?' I dream things as they never were and ask, 'Why not?'"

George Bernard Shaw

"When I hear somebody sigh, 'Life is hard,' I am always tempted to ask, 'Compared to what?'"

Sydney Harris

"Good, better, best; never let it rest till your good is better and your better is best."

Bottom line: This can and will be done... the reason why I decided to sign onto this is because... I know that people believe that it cannot be done... however you people are completely thinking too hard. Sometimes, life is easiest solved by the simplest ways. Think about this... Newton figured out that gravity existed by wondering why an apple fell from a tree. Step outside the box gentlemen... and watch the impossible be done.

Here's a decent one:

How do you handle bad rumors/bad decisions that damage your rep?

Know a lot of times I could have used an answer for that in my pre-DJ days.
