Did two max attempts last week

Squats 1x155 kg lost a bit of strength
Deadlift 1x160 kg PB 352 lbs (

Max lifts are now: Squat 374 lbs, deadlift 352 lbs and bench 242 lbs = 968 lbs, close to 1000 :D

Todays workout, done with exams and all that **** so I can focus on training again.


Deadlifts 5x145 kg
Deadlifts 5x145 kg

Db bench 8x33 kg
Db bench 8x36 kg
Db bench 4x39 kg

Biceps curls 8x35 kg
Biceps curls 6x35 kg
Concentration curl, one set

Short but sweet workout. Next time is legs and back width/upper back

oooo 352?

I just cleared 365X1 for a real nice clean rep. Getting me some ammonia caps as moving up in weight right now is more mental than anything. Form is improving, got a pler giving me tips and was telling me 365 isn't **** for me and I should be doing a lot more right now. :) hoping training goes good. Race to 4 pps? haha:)
