Chances are she'll be coming to you during work. If not, start training her to. Use the bait and take tactic. Get her to start approaching you during work, but then politely do back-aways. Once in a long while, you can reward her, but keep the tension up by being suggestive verbally and physically, but not actually carrying through with it. Bluntly, give her blueballs, then the tension will rise and you will have a better time after work gets out.
let HER bring up what happened with the 2 of you...... keep yourself at a nice distance to maintain her interest but as Damian said reward her every now and then with a little comment or something, for example "those boots look hot".. but DON'T be over generous with the comments..this should maintain the tension...
