Last night there was a little get together at a workmates place. Anyway there were a few chicks there from work. I was chatting to HB8 and I had like 6 beers in me.
She was leaning against a wall and I just got a urge over me to kiss her, even though she gave me no prompt to do so. I pinned her to wall, and kissed her pretty roughly. I backed off when my mind clicked and I said "Sh!t, what the fvck am I doing.." she just pulled back after I jammed my tounge in her mouth and then licked her cheek.

But that's really not important. What's important is how the woman feels about it. Clearly she must feel violated, but to what degree you have no way of knowing. Write her a letter of apology, telling her you don't know what got into you and that you feel like a complete and total pile of sheeit for your behavior. It would be better if you could talk to her face to face, but in light of what you did if you approach her she's likely to be afraid of you now. The last thing you want to do is freak her out more. Don't try to minimize what you did or make excuses for it. Just admit you were wrong, assure her it will never happen again and ask if there is anything you can do to make her feel better. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT try to act like a "DJ" throughout this process. There is absolutely NO room for being ****y or arrogant in dealing with this woman. In the future...keep your arse in check. Don't EVER do anything even remotely like this again. You NEVER force yourself on another person in a sexual way, not even a kiss. If you can't control yourself when you drink, don't drink. Period.

Learn how to handle your liquor. You can start by only drinking 3 beers instead of 6, ESPECIALLY if it's at a 'get together' with co-workers. What you did not only demonstrated lack of responsiblity and respect for yourself but also for the young lady as well. Alcohol releases inhibitions and it can make the best of us do really idiotic things which we deeply regret AFTERWARDS. Although what you did wasn't as horrible as running over a child on a street corner. Do what everyone else is suggesting by writing a letter. And remember if she wants she can use that letter against you.

You guys shouldn't be making light of this. The guy might very well get fired for sexual harassment. All it takes is just one person who witnessed his lousy behavior (and it would seem all his co-workers saw this) to make an anonymous phone call to the police and the boy is up sheeit creek without a paddle. This is not a laughing matter. It's his job, his reputation and his future.
He MUST handle this delicately and responsibly if he wants to gracefully deal with it. If the boss was a witness, he should go talk to the boss first and make sure he shows remorse, understands how wrong his behavior was and assures the boss it will NEVER happen again. The boss can probably act as a go between or "chaperone" of sorts so he can try to repair whatever level of damage he has done to this woman and the atmosphere at his place of work.
