Last night there was a little get together at a workmates place. Anyway there were a few chicks there from work. I was chatting to HB8 and I had like 6 beers in me.

She was leaning against a wall and I just got a urge over me to kiss her, even though she gave me no prompt to do so. I pinned her to wall, and kissed her pretty roughly. I backed off when my mind clicked and I said "Sh!t, what the fvck am I doing.." she just pulled back after I jammed my tounge in her mouth and then licked her cheek.

She gave me a look of sheer shock and disbelief(I'm not normally like this) I just looked at her and walked away. ****e is thisclassified as assault? Also, I see this chick at work What the fvck should I do when I see her?!
Too aggressive I think... Damn I fvcked up. Should I apologize when I see her next, or act like it never happened?

And "I was drunk" doesn't hold up in court. I guarantee that if it by some miracle ISN'T assualt, she COULD feasibly and very easily sue you for sexual harassment.
