i've watched the new (jude law) Alfie, watch it sometimes before i go out, really gets me pumped up for sarging, i'll just assume the endings are the same, explain by what you mean how the ending affects you is how AFC you are =S?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention Warrior74!

My interest in classic movies has recently picked after making the wise descision of taking a Film Class (with one of my favorite teachers of all time)during the last semester of Senior Year (I'm graduating High School in about a month - the 20th of June or something along those lines). But back to the film, I will probably have a much deeper appreciation for it as an art form as a result of taking the class.

And if I happen to learn how to be a greater man while enjoying a classic movie... Then so be it!

Interestingly enough, Player Supreme was actually briefly discussing this movie when comparing and contrasting the old and new versions of it in his latest podcast titled as Max Gain

explain by what you mean how the ending affects you is how AFC you are =S?

And yeah Warrior74, I'd also like you to elaborate on what you meant by this...

I don't want to spoil the ending for those who haven't seen it...

My point is this. How do you judge Alfie at the end of the film?

How do you judge his reactions to his final scenes?

How do you judge your role as a DJ and the consequences of your actions?

Are you proud of him, feel sorry for him, or understand him better?

What is the movie trying to really say about Alfie and his lifestyle and do you agree with it?

I'm not going to answer all those questions. All I want to say is that it's a great movie.
Very entertaining.

So far,I'm up to part 10,but it's VERY interesting. I was surprised to see a film like this made back in the 1960s. I guess I need to stop thinking that life didn't exist before I was born . I'm curious as to how you came across this "Alfie" movie in the first place.
