I don’t see any guys condemning the whole female gender here, in this thread at all, if anything you have twisted the thread to be about gender hate, when it is simply about social dynamics.
I think the article is great because it illustrates what to look out for and men, i.e who this forum is directed at, can work out solutions to those problems. Better to be armed with knowledge then get burned through ignorance.
And that’s the thing, it seems your trying to stem the flow of knowledge if it has even a whiff of being derogatory to the female species, even if it is valid and could benefit men in knowing that knowledge.

Yes there are elements of women hate, but you have to remember a lot of guys who come here are recovering ‘Nice guys’, guys who have done the ‘so called right things’ and got burned, sometimes they want a release, sometimes they want to acknowledge that they are not alone and sometimes, when they are ready, they move on. But each one learns from the experience, if it was up to you, it seems guys would make zero progress and assume all women are dainty little flowers that don’t cause any problems.
Well social dynamics is about learning all sides of the spectrum and personally I am on the side of learning about women, warts and all, so a MAN can make the right decision when it comes to such things like ‘marriage’, hence he choose, only after, becoming aware of what women are, rather than be shamed into conforming to some social stereotype.
