asking why a girl likes you?

Is asking a girl what it is she likes about you okay or does it come off as being needy? Id like to hear what excatly it is that these girls Im with like about me.

Is there some better way of getting this than just flat out asking?

well, personally... I wouldn't want a girl to ask me why I like her. To me that shows insecurity.
