Rape is often just a revenge of hurt ego. Most of the times it is committed by orbiters and such. And yes often times it goes unreported. Often times the girls just grind their teeth....the "guy" often even doesn't know he is doing something against her will. 'Girl's NO, is just a slvt defense' reasoning.

Rapes committed by some stranger (in a park etc.) are not that common.

I guess Viking mentality has nothing to do with high(?) rape rates....quite the opposite. Northern Europe guys are very much under a whip (AFC) compared to rest of Europe so I guess the Frustration is the main motive.

This might not be to popular opinion, but I think the term "rape" is highly subjective. By legal definition, I may have "raped" several women. Of course, this statement may raise eye brows, but once I clarify, you'll probably be able to see where im coming from.

High school sex? May be rape.

As a senior in high school (17-18 years old), if you sleep with a freshman (13-14 years old), you may have committed statutory rape. Situations like this... happen a lot. This isnt only a case of older males and younger women. I actually dated a senior chick as a freshman in high school. If we did hypothetically have sex, she would have "raped me".

Ever have sex with a drunk? You raped them.

If someone doesnt have the metal capacity to know what they're saying because they're drunk, whatever they say isnt legally binding. It doesnt matter if he/she says yes, no, or nothing at all.

Ever have to "convince" someone to have sex? You may have raped them.

If someone originally says no, but after some nonphysical and nonthreatening behavior they change their mind, you may have commited rape--if they change their mind after the fact.



See, the problem I see with these "80%" numbers is that the crimes dont go unreported and the degree of rape varies between innocent, horny teenages, to guys wearing ski masks, jumping out of trees on dark streets ambushing women walking home from the night shift.

Once women realize they can claim rape on practically everything, they often do, after the fact, to rationalize their behavior. We all know thats a general rule about women and their impulsiveness.

What do I have to back up that claim? 10% conviction rate.

A lot of these cases are going to be "he said" vs. "she said" cases. Like any crime, no solid evidence means no solid case. Sure, many of these crimes may take place with only two people present, but thats no excuse for a complete lack of evidence.


Rape claims are used like discrimination/racism claims these days. It's a trump card. They say 80% goes unreported? I say 79% of those claims are B.S anyway. It's unfortunate that "real rape" and "real hate crimes" actually happen, but they clutter up the court with these half-assed cases and then make like its the society, religion, or all male jurors that are the problem.

I don't believe rape, as in forced penetration is nearly as common as women would like us to believe.

The church issue might have died down, many of us knew that it would, including the prosecutors whose goal it was to put them in jail. But the prosecutors know that they barely scratched the surface of the pedophilia that takes place in churches around the world, including U.S. churches. When I look at a church I sometimes think of it as a pedophile factory. Because like the prosecutors who prosecuted the case just a few years ago, many of us know that they will never root all the pedophiles out of the Catholic church.

I live in San Diego, just a few minutes from the Mexican/U.S. border. Word is that if you're a Mexican female who is trying to get across the border illegally, you will be raped. You can think of it as an "automatic rape." There are reasons for this circumstance being in place. But I'm not writing an article. Suffice to say that
