That's a good article. It's nothing new, but guys need to hear it. He does embellish things and even pedestalize women a little bit, but he's positive so I'll cut him some slack. There's enough negative cynical bloggers out there.
I know that I feel 10x healthier mentally and sexually when I am not watching porn. It's actually pretty easy once you kill the habit. It gets tough, for me anyways, when I have idle hands and I'm feeling a bit horny. The Coolidge Effect is so true too....if you haven't looked at porn in months, seeing a pair of nice bare breasts is really stimulating. But it does not last for long.
One thing I disagree with is his victimizing of women----yes there is a lot of horrible degrading stuff out there---but the vast majority of women in mainstream porn are trying to make a buck like everyone else. No one is holding a gun to their head and making them take 12 loads to the face. That doesn't make it right, but most of these women know what they are getting into.
