valid and convincing arguments like equal wages, how females lose job oppertunities cuz they have to take care of the baby and such. Any of you have valid points against femanism? and why it corrupted modern society cuz I really would like to make a comeback and show that chick that femanism isn't PERFECT!
You need to do your homework, my man. The wage gap argument is largely bogus and based upon biased "research" (if you even want to call it that) - just like the rest of feminism.

Yes, there is an ideal "fair feminism" that exists in concept only, but most of it is just 1-sided, unscientific, unnatural, man-hating penis envy in real-life practice today.

You should be ASHAMED of yourself for having such a weak mind to be turned out by some miseducated bych.

I suggest you read this site and its affiliates for a few weeks before you embarass yourself again, you dikless wonder. :kick:

Two different groups: Feminist and Feminazis.

Personally, I appreciate a woman who pulls her own weight and doesn't expect a man to support her livelihood while not feeling bitter against an entire gender.

I agree - the "fair feminists" who couple increased power with increased responsibility & seek a natural equilibrium, not superiority.

However, that's NOT the politically-active group constantly creating misandrist social pressures, hiding woman problems (domestic violence against men & false rape charges), increasing biased pro-female legislation (see female privilege, divorce & child custody laws, etc) and ignoring gender inequities to their favor (over-representation of men in military and other hazardous dirty jobs).

Well first of all I'm ashamed that I actually believed what that Feminazi said. Secondly I didn't have a valid unbiased source to quote any data from so I couldn't really defend myself. The whole argument started when she said "You know it's a good etiquette to help people with their coats when they're trying to take it off" So I said ".....Do it yourself" so she started ranting how I was sexist and convinced me by telling me stories of how her friend didn't get work because she had to take few years off for her kid and there was a blank on her resume. Anyways I apologize for the little typo I know how to spell "Feminism." But I acutally learned some stuff to defend myself next time.

Any woman who you need to defend yourself as a man isn't worth your time or effort. Besides, she could be a bigger man than you (look for her moustache). :p

That, my compadre, is fallacious. They tend to have less work experience and have more leave time than their male counterparts. When women act like men there is no significant wage gap but most women act like women (e.g. their lifestyle choices) and henceforth it's entirely naturally they average less. If I may cite one example, according to the National Center of Policy Analysis:
When women behave in the workplace as men do, the wage gap between them is small. June O'Neill, former director of the Congressional Budget Office, found that among people ages 27 to 33 who have never had a child, women's earnings approach 98 percent of men's. Women who hold positions and have skills and experience similar to those of men face wage disparities of less than 10 percent, and many are within a couple of points. Claims of unequal pay almost always involve comparing apples and oranges.

Women make different choices, and those choices affect how they work. Women often place more importance on their relationships - caring for children, parents, spouses, etc. - than on their careers. A study by the Center for Policy Alternatives and Lifetime television found that 71 percent of women prefer jobs with more flexibility and benefits than jobs with higher wages, and nearly 85 percent of women offered flexible work arrangements by their employers have taken advantage of this opportunity.

Women are more likely to enter and leave the workforce to raise children, take care of elderly parents or move with their families. Working mothers are nearly twice as likely to take time off to care for their children as are working fathers in dual-earner couples. Yet time out of the workforce is an enormous obstacle to building an attractive resume and working up the corporate ladder. Women 25 years of age and over have been with their current employer 4.4 years, on average, compared to 5.0 years for men. Data from the National Longitudinal Survey reveal that women between the ages of 18 and 34 have been out of the labor force 27 percent of the time, in contrast to 11 percent for men. Women ages 45 to 54 who have recently re-entered the workforce after a five- or 10-year break are competing against men who have had 20 years of continuous experience.

Women are also more likely to work part-time. In 2000, one-quarter of all women employees worked part-time, compared to less than 10 percent of men. Nearly 85 percent of those who worked part-time did so for non-economic reasons; e.g., to spend more time with the family or to further their education. In general, married women would prefer part-time work at a rate of 5 to 1 over married men
Even not so long ago, I read a Forbes article which cited that, on average, after college, women stay employed for only about two years before getting pregnant and how the vast majority never return to the office.

I'm glad to see that other people have mentioned the reasons for the gender pay gap.

But another problem with the equal wage thing is that men and women are not equal. We have different brains and different bodies. I was just reading a site where a woman was complaining about how women are treated differently in construction and what kept coming across my mind was that maybe it's because women aren't as good at men in construction. Seriously if you had the choice of a man and a woman who are you going to choose. A man. For one he is almost certainly going to be stronger and long-term he is going to hold up better.

Also when it comes to intellect men are disproportionately represented in the genius category. I think it's something like 2 to 1 in favor of men for an IQ of 135+ and 4 to 1 in favor for men with an IQ of 165+. There's also far more mentally retarded men than women. Feminazi's don't want to recognize that men and women are different and always will be different and because of that it's impossible to expect that men and women should be treated equal when it comes to jobs unless they truly are doing the exact same amount of work.

Think of it this way. If you could choose between a man and a woman and you know that they are both equal in terms of quality of work and work experience, you are not going to choose the man because he is going to cost more money.

This assumes a lot about people, namely that we are rational choice actors. We are motivated for reasons beyond purely financial ones.

The IQ evidence is tenuous at best. The IQ test is not an empirical evaluation of intelligence. When it was developed, through its first three incarnations during testing, women routinely scored higher than men. The test was changed three times until men routinely scored higher than women. To me, that men score higher on a test designed for men doesn't prove that men are more intelligent than women.

My opinion: men and women think differently, but there's no real objective evidence that indicates that either gender is more or less intelligent than the other.

I will agree that most people are stupid. But financial reasons will definitely influence people, they may not always make the rational choice but it will definitely skew the average.

Which is why I included that there are more men that are mentally retarded. Because it means that men are more prone to be in the extremes.
Yes on average women and men are likely to be similar in intelligence, hell women may even be smarter on average, but my point was that more men are going to fill up the higher position jobs because in extremes it is most likely going to be a man. I hope that made sense. This may explain it better. Think of a brain as a pie with many different slices representing different capacities. Womens brain slices tend to all be close to equal while mens brain slices tend to be disproportionate. So if one area is particularly large another is close to proportionately smaller. Meaning men tend to be specialists while women to do be good at a wide variety of areas.

And yes maybe the IQ test isn't perfect but generally the higher you score the smarter you are. And yes men and women are better in different areas, men in spatial areas and women in verbal. But which area is more important? I personally think that spatial abililty is better because it is what moves science along. It allows people to think outside of the box. Maybe I'm wrong but where would we be without great spatial thinkers.

Edit: I should say this. I fully agree with feminists that if a man and a woman are equally skilled and have an equal amount of experience they should get payed the same. But what I am saying is that women and men bring different cards into play and that is a large reason why women and men oftentimes are treated differently at work and payed different wages. There are jobs where women get payed more because of what they bring to the table and I'm not going to b*tch about it because I realize that they are bringing different skills and appearances to the job.
