What angle incline? 30 degree or 45 degree? What's the difference between this tread and the "max bench" tread?

what does a Quad weigh and does pushing it off of yourself count? I've never done incline lifts.

Too answer your questions Dee-Zy:

Barbell, 30* angle, and I max out at about 225 LBS.

If you want to know how strong someone is, ask how much they deadlift.

This should read: how big is your chest?

not really, don't mean to brag or anything but i'm 80 kg and my deadlift is around the 150 kg area the last time i checked (4 months ago) it should be more but anyway, that's not the point. even with that deadlift i dont consider myself as strong, i'm not weak, no not at all, that's pretty good at 16 years old but im not as strong as i would like to be.

i think its a combination of flat bench, squat and deadlift. just like powerlifting. AND adding olympic movements in there, the person who moves the most weights there is the stronger man.

Oh, absolutely. Deadlift is by no means the be-all end-all of measuring someone's strength, but it's certainly a better measure than incline. Squats are a better measure as well.

I was simply pointing out that having a high incline press doesn't necessarily mean you're strong. I've got vain friends that go to the gym and just work their chest, bis, and abs... and you know what? They can probably bench more than I can, but I'll still throw them around like rag dolls if it ever comes to it.

I wasn't saying "deadlifts = strength." I was saying that "deadlifts = strength" is a less erroneous statement than "incline = strength."
