Are white men in trouble in the dating scene or is it just my area?

I live in the Chicago area and here I've noticed that even more and more white women are with black, Latino and even Asian men rather than white men. Since black women (I find black women attractive btw) will only mainly date Latino and black men, the majority of Latina women also seem to want black or Latino men and many white women don't even seem to want white men anymore, where does that leave white men? The way I see it, it seems that white men are going to be a minority in the next 50-100 years with all the black and Latino women having kids in droves whether they can afford to care for them or not. To any minority posters here, what reasons have you heard as to why women prefer you over white men? I'm just interested to know.

I think its just your area. Interracial dating is more acceptable socially, I have dated girls outside my race and I dont think it anything different. I used to live in a town that was pretty much only white people so I'm pretty sure they will still be around in a hundred years. Your prediction may come true though as a result of interracial dating across centuries. I may contribute to it because I am talking to a really hot south american girl right now.

Also I dont think this belongs in both forums and it might still get closed because it is somewhat racially charged and based on an individual viewpoint.

I think that the attraction of some white women to black or Hispanic men is the bad boy or taboo mystique, as well as the determination that such men tend to act more masculine (i.e., aggressive.) Of course, there are a lot of individual cases in which a woman does not care about race, and the man just happened to be non-white.

I am white man who is not a fan of the "brown sugar" look (although I am more partial to the wide hipped "cinnamon" ), but I can appreciate the increased forwardness that black women have in flirting with me. I prefer the slightly Asian Russian look.

To MatureDJ: I would agree that among men of all colors the super white blond hair, blue eyed look ON WOMEN is favored by a plurality. I'm not so sure that more than 50% of all men worldwide find this look the most attractive out of all, since Latin and Middle Eastern women are up and coming.

Women, however, tend to have a strong bias against blond hair men (this is scientifically corroborated); however, they love light eyes so it may balance out. I would argue that Mediterreanean men with dark hair and light eyes is the look that European women (that is, German, Danish, Swedish, etc.) desire the most. Since this look can make a person seem racially ambiguous (is the guy Latin, Italian, Middle Eastern, South Asian), it is not the most favored look among women in the U.S. In societies with difficult racial relations like the U.S., a man's race has a significant influence on which women will be open to them.

I had a field day when I was in Europe, and I need to get the hell out of the South for a while.

To the OP: Dude, you need to come to the South. I'm a minority (look Latino/Middle Eastern) and white women with skin that is only one or two shades lighter than mine act like I'm an alien or like they are 100x better than me. Caucasian guys reign supreme here with their own women by far. Unless a minority guy is an athlete, millionaire, or movie star, majority women here are off-limits to them in practice. I wish there were some Latina women here, but I'm out of luck (I'm not in Texas btw). I'm open to African-American or Asian women, but good ones are far in between.

One day I'll make it and go to Sweden, Norway, or Denmark, but until then I'll just concentrate on school, friends, and the gym.

I agree that us white guys take a beating in popular culture. It's probably a back lash for having it good for so long.

Still, I do find the stereotypes offensive. Maybe because I resemble them so closely?

Anyway, here are the stereotypes I'm talking about:

-white men can't jump
-white men can't dance
-white men are dorky
-white men are wussies

But I suppose that's just the nature of society. Every race has to deal with stereotypes.

Now as to the OP's question. It's true interracial dating has become more accepted. However, I think that you have a scarcity mindset. You see a white woman with a black guy and you assume he is taking her away from you. The reality is you just haven't taken the effort to go out get your own!

Let me ask you this: If you went out and met 10 EXTREMELY hot white girls who are willing to date you all at the same time and they preferred white men (not racist, just had personal preferences for white guys), would you care who the hell other white women were dating?

What you say is true that everybody should take control of their own lives but people can easily be brainwashed. Ever wonder why companies spend billions on advertising?

With the exception of Mel Gibson almost all of hollywood are left wing liberals and there is an agenda against traditional values ie interracial dating.

Where'd you get this idea from? I didn't think a 42 year old could be so ignorant... Maybe Asian dudes think like this but Latinos and blacks don't. Me being a young black man myself, growing up with latinos and blacks, I never saw this...Try again...

Its a fair question. I think your wrong though. Im white and Ive dated a couple of hot black women and I find they respond well to me and im white, white. Ive noticed black guys really do not like to see a white guy with black women though, nearly got me beat badly a couple of times, the girls i was with pretty much had to plead to save my white ass, this has put me off seeing black girls in future. Im an equal oppertunities lover and all colors are treated the same by me but I dont like death threats or being called b1tch by the homies.

Well consider yourself lucky. Not too long ago black men were forbidden to date white women at all. And if they got caught in public even talking to a white woman, they were basically dead men walking, and they'd get beat and then lynched by the good old American white boys. All in all it isn't right that you had to go through that. But thats a consequence of dating outside your race. Looks like you took the b i t c h way out anyway. I'm from Chicago too. I don't live there anymore but go back frequently to visit old friends and check on my mom...
First of all, black people in America make up about 10-15% of the whole American population... Lets say half of those are men. Let's be generous and say thats 8%. Its not humanly posibble for us to steal all your white women. I don't know what part of Chicago you live in but I never see a majority of interracial couples. I see more than I would see down south or somewhere but no where near the over-whelming number you seem to be portraying.

I wish y'all would stop bringing up race on this site. We can't have a civil discussion about race on this site. People aren't mature enough. Just leave it alone. Don't even bring it up unless it has something to do with how you were boning a black chick, a white chick, an asian chick, ect. If it doesn't have anything to do with that. Then leave it alone.
