I've heard that most men just suck in bed in general and are beta towards there women.

Where I live I would say it's 30% alphas but I am in a rural area. Go into town and it's more like 5-10% alphas.
Regarding sex I have had heard these lines from multiple women both GFs and girl friends:
"Women do not have trouble getting laid, but we do have trouble getting a good lay"
"Most men are selfish in bed and have no idea how to please a woman, just themselves. ".
"Most men get off way too fast"
"Big c0cks feel amazing if they are used right, but, if a guy is big and just rams it in there selfishly then that doesn't mean I will enjoy it".
