Are girls really this shallow?

Small question, will girls ditch you simply because you don't look clean? For instance, I forgot to put on my lotion today, and my skin is dry as heck, and I'm wondering, will this affect my success with women even if I have good game? Don't get me wrong, I take showers but my skin is dry, and I just forgot to put on lotion today. My lips are also really chapped. I know this was kind of a stupid question, but I needed to know.

Depends on the girl, but my buddy needs cream too, but he doesn't seem to have a problem with girls.

if you use your lotion regularly and you don't look like a snake shedding it's skin for always, i don't see why you should have any problems with women. Just remember to use that chapstick a lot. girls don't like kissing dry cracked lips! but that's not cause they're superficial, it just isn't nice. all the best mate.
