Are Ephedra Free Supplements Worth it?

I am currently looking for a great weight loss supplement ..but the things is that my state IL. has banned all ephedra (ma huang) products. Yesterday I've purchased an ephedrine free hydroxycut and searched around engines regarding this supplement, but so far I haven't found a single user review about Hydroxycut and if there is one i't usually contains (Ma Huang) and most of the reviews were very high rated. Does the new Ephedrine Free Supplement have the same result as the old one? So if you are using any ephedrine free products pls recommend it to me and any replies would be truly appreciated.. and yes.. I do workout 5-6 times a week!

i have my doubts about those ephedra-free fat burners. You can should still be able to order ephedra off the internet, however. Sites like netrition.com have it. Also - try supplementing with CLA (conjugated lipoic acid).

I was actually researching this today and found good things on it. Tomorrow I will start on it so I will keep you posted on how I do. Keep us posted on your results if you start.
