Are Compliments good or bad?

Do compliments help our game or not? I just wanna know what effect they have cause they work really well 4 me but i haven tried it on an HB 9+

I am not the most experienced on this site, but today in fact I neg hit girl just ever so slightly in a playful kind of way and she laughed and she opened up a bit right after that.

In fact my friend was asking this girl that worked at the place a question and her reply was kind of wrong and he knew the answer, and I was like dang he is doing your job better than you are. Seemed to work wonders, but I had already been talking to her for a couple of minutes so it wasnt too awkward, and I did it smiling, so in certain situations it worked wonders, but its better to do on intelligent girls because then they dont get all offended as easily.

I'm against compliments, but I guess sometimes it's cool. If you're going to compliment, try to make fun of her though afterwards.

With most Hb 8s,9s or 10s complimenting seems counterproductive...no fvcking idea why but ive just noticed it gets you nowhere and they seem to take neghits better for some reason

It depends on what you compliment... if she's heard it a thousand times and it never changes anything or makes her think, than She won't care about it. On the other hand, if you give her a backhanded compliment, or compliment her on something she cares about, than it will matter.

If you give her subtle negs about a single subject, every time you see her, and than at the end of the night, tell her you were just ragging on her, she'll love the compliment. It's amazing to see the girls eyes glaze over after she realized what she did to become attractive really did work, on a good guy

I found a nice line that you can use when a girl gives you a compliment. You can neg hit her, or be ****y and witty and compliment her.

So a girl says ,for instance: You're cute
You(neg hit)- I always said opposites attract.
You(compliment)- I always said that the line opposites attract was wrong and here is the proof.

They should be used after you build her up. Make her wait so long for it that when you finally giver the slighest verbal compliment she's gonna blush like a lil' girl.

Exactly, like the other day I saw this girl in class who was looking especially good that day.

Me: Yeah you look nice today, where did you buy that jacket...right next to the barney backpacks in the kid section? (Smile)(it was a half length mini jacket that was pinkish purpleish.)

HerLaughing gasp, thats mean, but she was smiling.)

Me:haha, you do look nice today I have just never seen a jacket like that before.

This kind of neg-hit with compliment seems to work good for me.

Within one week of using compliments and flattery, I've had women in the palm of my hand. (2 have got a little obsessed and it's actually causing me a problem now as I have a girlfriend).

9s & 10s need to be starved of compliments on their appearance. Like the earlier poster said, I have always found them counter-productive. Let her think you are the one person who is maddeningly unfazed by her beauty and she'll do anything to win your approval.

In a LTR obviously the rules change, but in the intiial attraction-building stage it will do you no favours to seem too keen. If she fishes for compliments, tease her. If she gives you compliments in order to receive them back, take hers confidently and rarely reciprocate.

Like James Bond, any compliments you do give should convey that you are an alpha male judging what has been presented to him, not Needy-Joe grateful for a real-life girl.

Very well put! THAT'S the secret of complimenting! Even with hot girls, if you can pull this off, it will be to your benefit (cos even hot girls need to feel special).
