i know this might seeem lame to ask, but i was gonna approach this girl on my bus today, and everytime i get close i chicken out for some reason and i regret it at the end. my fear somehow takes over me. what can i do to get rid of this fear? its rly bothering me. yes i read the bible and i am still having some trouble.

Just clear your mind. Don't think because this will only make you back down. Clear your mind and say "Hi" before you even have time to debate whethere you should approach or not.

You should first go out and get comfortable talking to people, as you know practice makes perfect.

Go to a mall, say hello to everyone you see, dont think ... just do.

I'm in the process of writing an ebook and I have some stuff from it available.. about the first 10 pages which pretty much cover what you need to know.

Basically what you'll want to do is practice approaching and opening a bit... approach her keeping eye contact and say "hey" with a voice thats sure, dont sound frightened.

Make a comment about the environment, the bus... whatever or ask her a questionm this is all up to you..
