approaching friends of ex-prospects, yay or nay?

I have been posting about this girl that I have oneitis for/used to talk to and now I finally said, "enough!" and I want to meet new people. It just happened that this girl that I saw on campus is her friend. I dont know how long they know each other but I would say less than a year. Nevertheless they seem like they are getting along really well and kinda close.

How do I attack this? Should I find a new one?

I don't see a problem with pursuing her, depending on your history with the one-itis.

If it was a real LTR then I'd keep it moving. I personally would rather not have to deal with any ensuing drama.
