Okay, let's just say for the sake of argument that "looks don't matter", since that is what the pickup gurus want up to believe. Let's just concede that for the sake of argument.

How important is appearance? Dressing well, having a sense of style, a good haircut, trimmed eyebrows, maybe getting a good tan, whatever. You might even put how fit your are into this category.

I'm thinking most people here would say it is very important. If only because it says that you take care of yourself. You care enough about yourself to take care of yourself. If you don't take care of yourself, how will girls expect you to be as a lover? Why else would appearance be important?

they fit with any style (rock, indie, hiphop?, normal....) never go out of fashion (so are good value in the long run) , you look cool in it, you feel cool in it = project high value and positivity (puts you in state) = good reactions

My main problem is having a pretty face which makes me look too much like a nice guy. So I bought me a leather jacket, grew facial hair (if you look like a nice guy this is a must), put on some jeans and bought some dress shoes.

It did wonders for me and gave me a whole new image. A nice leather jacket can do the same for anyone. Put on some jeans and some dress shoes (not tennis shoes) and you'll be walking in style.

Funny this talk about leather jackets, just last week I decided to finally buy one (had been wanting one for years but never really bothered to do it, they are expensive), it´s a bit air force looking, but it does have an effect.

It´s probably also because it helps to put me in "the zone", but I had some women blatantly staring, one was a funny situation, I was in line in starbucks like place, there was a woman in front of me, the cashier was a girl and she was staring at me like she wanted me to place my order, I start to order and the woman in front of me gets pissed, so I wait for my turn, lol. After that the girl was all smiles and some flirting ensued.

this is golden, i didnt say earlier... but i have seemed to stumble upon my perfected image (for me)..

- subble i keep it very short max 0.5mm - i have just got a subble/beard trimmer - now i dont have to "time" my clean shaves, coz i dont have any ... this is good for those of us with 'youngish looking faces' = more masculine
- leather jacket is very dark brown, i normally put it in the cloakroon anyway, it just gets me in state at the start , and it getting cold outside now (the leather jacket was from a middle aged person shop....random...)... i jsut seem to get a lot more attention in this

- sometimes (last friday) i have a physiqe showing t-shirt under (=masculine again) .....
- my "smart shoes" are just cheaping dressy shoes, nothing special, quite old
- my hair is short, gelled, a bit messy-sticky-up-ish (takes like 30 seconds to do...)

add to this.... good vibe ...confdent attitudes....not giving a ****....assertively social to random ppl/bouncers/girls ..... intent.... (im an RSD boy now...) = alpha masculine personality traits

The reason I asked if the jacket had to be black is because the black leather jacket is synonymous with the classic "bad boy" look. And we all know how women like their bad boys.
I used to have a brown leather bomber jacket type coat when I was younger, I liked it. I can't remember if it affected my "pvssy intake" any though. I think I had a girlfriend at the time. The brown leather jackets are more likely to suggest pilot than bad boy, but girls like pilots too

Got my first leather jacket a couple months ago. I love it. I feel great in it, and I got it pretty cheap.

I don't know exactly how important dressing nice is, being groomed, etc... but I always do my best to look my best. I expect the same from any quality girl I try to find. To be honest, I think the reason I lack some confidence with daygame is because, even though I do what I can to look good all the time, it's my "going out" clothes that I feel best in.

When I get ready to go out at night, and put on some nice clothes, I switch into a whole new gear. What I'm trying to work on right now is to not rely on this so much.

Oh yeah, I personlly think black leather is the way to go. I don't like brown leather jackets. And no 8-ball jackets!!! haha
