I'll start with my bodybuilding. I think I've hit my maintanance food intake, because I'm not gaining anymore. So I'm working on ways to get more food in. I eat 6-8 times a day, and it's all healthy meals.I'm also consuming a gallon/ 4 litres of water daily.My physique needs to improve again!!

On to gaming, I've changed FB profile to "in a relationship" for a DHV.(Pre-selected) I'm gaming all round, it's becoming natural. I just need to build more comfort and close! I've been lifting hard nowadays. Got new multi-vitamins and creatine, and adding more food to diet.Training hard and resting 7-8 hours per night.
Starting my Dianabol 4 week cycle this week for December vacations. Going to my nephew and I want to show some serious progress.

I'm training a while in the vacation with my "trainer", and then off to vacation for Christmas. My first show seems to be in September next year.

I wrote physics today. Nice...Yeah well I have done better things with my time than writing physics exam hey Monday is chemistry, and then I'm almost done with this year. Almost going to Uni. Can't wait.
