In order to play the game, you need to emotionally detach yourself from the outcome. So when you feel negative emotions coming up like 'this chick is dissing me' and you detach yourself from the emotion and see this psychologically messed up woman for who she really is, you can really respond in a detached way that will hurt her more than the anger she expects from you.
