How can I replace anything in milk that helps you grow? I'm 15 and I'm about 5"10' but I want to grow to at least 6".

I recently cut out milk and replaced it with orange juice. I don't drink any milk anymore.

Try http://www.easyheight.com for techniques on height increase. Nothing is proven though. There will be links to HI forums as well.

Make sure you eat enough, your diet is good (get off the mountain dew and doritos), and hope for the best. At your age you can (and should) casually start lifting as well.

You have another 6 years of growing left. SIX.
Two inches in that time should be down.

Yeah that's what I'm worried about. A while ago the doctor said I'd only grow about as tall as my dad and now I'm as tall if not taller. I never really believed my doctor though.
